Almost Fresh News!
- 2010-03-08 - And again...bzID update had been interrupted. This time the abort happened so late that the 'interruption detection' (which is more a guess) didn't take effect. The affected player and match statuses have been corrected already.
- 2010-02-01 - Today the daily bzID update had been interrupted. The result - all players who were not globally registered at the BZBB since somewhat before '2005-02-17 14:30:00' were set into the status retired. This issue is fixed now.
Furhtermore, the four matches who weren't entered as official ones because of this issue are official now too. (Just keep in mind not to stop playing just because of some strange issues that might appear. A lot of stuff is logged and can be reviewed. So it's unlikely that any matches will be lost.)
Unfortunately it's a not easy to run these bzID updates. So something like today might happen in future again. The current code will be modified to perform better error handling next time...but you never know... ;o)
